Snap Hardware Sales Conditions

According to Italian D.L. 21 of 21/02/2014 of actuation of of the 2011/83/UE Directive on consumer rights, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a physical person who purchase goods for purposes not related to his professional activities, that is he/she doesn't make the purchase entering in the order's form a reference to VAT) and the total amount is more than 50 euros, the customer has the right to rescind the purchase's contract for any reason, without the need to explain and with no penalty, except for what indicated below.
To excercise this right, the customer must send to SNAP S.r.l. a communication, within 14 working days starting from delivery of goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to

or else by telegram or fax sent in any case within the aforeseid term of 14 daysand followed by a confirmation through registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent ABSOLUTELY within 48 next hours. When the withdrawal communication is received, the Customer Service will provide to quickly communicate to the customer instructions on products return methods. Goods must be received by SNAP S.r.l. within 14 days from authorization.
The right of withdrawal is subjected to the following conditions, in the absence of which can not be excercised:

  • the right applies to the product in its entirety, and then it is not possible to excercise the withdrawal only on part of the purchasen product (e.g.: accessories, softwares attached, ecc...);
  • the right does not apply to sealed audiovisual products or informatic software (including ones attached to hardware products), once opened;
  • the product purchased must be intact and returned in its original package with all its parts (including package and eventual documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, ecc...);
  • according to law, shipping fees for the returning of the product are charged to the Customer, and are directly proportioned to the good's weight and they're approximately equal to the ones charged to the Customer at the moment of the purchase; an accurate assessment of the amount of these fees is possible - knowing the good's weight - consulting price lists applied by companies which provides transportation services.
  • shipment is under Customer's responsibility, until its confirmed receipt at SNAP S.r.l.'s warehouse;
  • if the good is damaged during transport, SNAP S.r.l. will communicate it to the Customer, within 5 days starting from the good's receipt, to enable him to quickly file a complaint to the courier chosen and to obtain the refund for the amount of the good (if insured); in this case, the product will be sent back to the Customer and the withdrawal request will be canceled;
  • SNAP S.r.l. is not liable for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipping;
  • when the god is received at the warehouse, it will be examinated to evaluate damages or manumissions not derived from transport.

SNAP S.r.l. will provide to refund to the Customer the whole amount paid, by Bank transfer, within 14 days starting from the good's return, and in any case not more than 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication. The customer shall quickly provide bank account details where the refund has to be credited.

In case of right of withdrawal expiration, SNAP S.r.l. will provide to return to the sender the purchase good, crediting him/her shipping fees.
